Costello Strategy Group ("CSG," "we," "us") is a Florida government affairs, procurement strategy, and SLED sales advisory firm based in Tallahassee, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through consultcsg.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Other sites we link to, including joncostello.com and governmentmastery.com, have their own policies.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There are two ways that happens:

• Contact form. When you submit the form on our contact page, we collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, the service areas you select, and anything you write in the message field.
• Scheduling a call. When you book time through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the information needed to schedule the meeting and shares the booking details with us. Calendly's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not build advertising profiles. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we are the right firm for your situation, deliver and manage services if we work together, and follow up with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in our client relationship records, which are hosted on Airtable, and our email is delivered through Resend. Scheduling runs through Calendly. These providers process information on our behalf so we can operate the firm. We limit access to the people who need it to respond to you.

Confidentiality

We treat the substance of your inquiry as confidential. Because Florida is a small market, we take conflicts seriously and will tell you if one exists before any engagement begins.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, to provide services, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of any email follow-up at any time. To make a request, email jon@joncostello.com.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
